Cheltenham.

Job Salary: £18,774 - £32,150 plus Large town Allowance, Saturday morning payments and bonus.

Operational Risk Analyst
An opportunity has arisen to join Group Risk as an Operational Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will promote operational risk awareness across the Society and collect, analyse and challenge the operational risk data received from the business making regular reports to Senior Management and the Board.
A highly analytical and logical thinker; the ideal candidate will have sound mathematical and analytical background along with the ability to write concise, informative reports.
This position requires a certain amount of single-minded determination and steadfastness. The Operational Risk Analyst will need to have a desire to learn and research new areas; as a consequence they will need to have an enquiring mind with a good eye for detail.
Investment Consultant

Talking to new and existing savings customers on the phone, you’ll listen to their needs and help where you can or refer them to specialist colleagues to ensure their needs are met.
Sales experience is essential; a background in financial services would be useful too. You’ll need to have good keyboard skills and knowledge of Word and Excel. Last but not least you must have the flexibility to join a rota to cover shifts of 8am to 8pm.
