Every department has its own kitchen facility, where employees can make their own drinks; tea, coffee and water is provided free of charge. Cooking facilities are available in the staff room, which also contains a comfortable seating area where staff can relax.
Our branch offices have all been refurbished in the last 2 years and offer a bright and modern environment for employees.

All new staff benefit from an induction programme at our Head Office in Stroud lasting up to a week, covering Society background, products and services and systems training
As we want to see you develop and your career progress we set objectives, targets and in some departments have skills matrices that you are able to work through that are reviewed regularly using a performance management system
We provide both financial and training support to help you gain professional qualifications, for example the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) & awards such as those made by the Institute of Customer Services
Consistent and regular on the job training, support and coaching is provided to help you gain the most from your job and provide the best service you can to our customers
