Jobs in our sales and customer service teams could be just what you are looking for - in our branch network we are seeking people who can build good relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities.

Many of our customers like to operate their accounts by phone, so if you are a good communicator then the Customer Service Centre or Direct Sales Call Centre, may be the place for you.
 
Alternatively, if you prefer a more specialist role at our Head Office in Stroud you could be working in one of our busy departments: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance, IT, Lending Centre, Collections, Property Services, Sales & Operations.
 
Your experience in any of these areas may be an advantage, although we firmly believe that with a positive attitude and determination to succeed you will have a lot to offer and we would like to hear from you.
