By using your Cash ISA allowances
- Download and complete the Green Application Form
- Complete Section 1. Personal details ensuring that you include your National Insurance Number
- Complete Section 2. Subscription and tick the relevant box or boxes for your choice of 2009/2010 or 2010/2011 Cash ISA options
- You can also make a Direct Deposit (i.e. outside of an ISA) in addition to your Cash ISA allowances.
- Complete Section 2d. with your total subscription.
- Read and complete Section 3 - Declaration and Authority
- Send your completed Application Form by post with a cheque (see Section 2A for Payment details) for the full amount to:

By transferring an existing Cash ISA (previously Mini-Cash ISA or TOISA)
- Download and complete the Purple Application Form
- Complete Section 1. Personal details ensuring that you include your National Insurance Number
- Complete Section 2. Existing Cash ISA transfer request (on both pages of the application) by providing full details of your current ISA provider from whom you wish to transfer funds
- Read and complete Section 3 - Declaration
- Send your completed Application Form by post to:

By making a Direct Deposit (i.e. outside of an ISA)
- Download and complete the Green Application Form
- Complete Section 1. Personal details ensuring that you include National Insurance Numbers for all applicants
- Complete Section 2. Subscription, tick Direct Deposit option and complete the amount you want to invest
- Complete Section 2d. with your total subscription.
- Read and complete Section 3 - Declaration and Authority
- Send your completed Application Form by post with a cheque (see Section 2A for Payment details) for the full amount to:
