How to Apply
You can apply for our mortgages in the following ways:
Online
You can do this at anytime. There are 2 easy stages to the online application:
Stage 1: You will also be presented with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) which gives details of the services we provide. You should print a copy of this for your own records.
Please note that we are unable to offer any mortgage advice through our website. If you would like help choosing a mortgage, advice is available through any of our
22 branches.
You will need to obtain a Key Facts Illustration (KFI). This can be done using our ‘Product Selector/Quick Calculator’ facility which will ask you the relevant questions needed to produce a KFI. Your KFI will then be emailed to you.
Stage 2: Once you have received and considered your Key Facts Illustration you will be able to complete and submit your online mortgage application.

Mobile Mortgage Arrangers can meet you at home or your place of work
Our Mobile Mortgage Arranger service offers free face-to-face advice on all types of Stroud & Swindon mortgages and is available throughout the South West.
