Society launches new Mortgage products

Stroud & Swindon, the UK’s 15th largest Building Society, today expanded its residential mortgage range with the introduction of three new two-year fixed rate deals and a five-year fixed rate mortgage.

The new products are available via Stroud & Swindon’s website branches or telephone (08457 25 24 23).

Product Details:
  • 2-year Fixed Rate Fee Saver Mortgage 5.55% 
  • 2-year Fixed Rate Mortgage 5.25% 
  • 2-year fixed rate Mortgage 4.89% 
  • 5-year Fixed Rate Mortgage 5.55%

“Stroud & Swindon are very pleased to announce the availability of these new products, which offer our customers competitive fixed rates designed with flexibility in mind.  They allow customers to choose between paying a higher fee, with a lower fixed rate deal, or if preferred, a lower fee, with a slightly higher fixed rate. 

“These new products, which for house purchasers include our buy-to-share option, also allow customers to pay 25% of the mortgage without incurring any early redemption charges.  Thus enabling them to pay off a sizeable amount of the loan without being penalized!”
