New Range of Mortgage Products Launched

Stroud & Swindon have launched a new range of Full Status, Self Cert and Buy to Let mortgage products, including these competitive short term fixed rate mortgages:
  • Full Status 2-year fixed rate mortgage at 5.39%
  • Full Status 3-year fixed rate mortgage at 6.19%
  • Self Cert 3-year fixed rate mortgage at 6.25%

All of the new residential products are available exclusively through intermediaries and have a maximum Loan to Value of 90% for Full Status and 85% for Self Cert.  In addition, all three products offer free valuations for remortgage and house purchase and there is no Higher Lending Charge.
