Exclusive Two Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

Stroud & Swindon, the UK’s 15th largest Building Society, today announces the launch of an exclusive ‘branch-only’ two-year fixed-rate mortgage with an attractive interest rate of 4.89%.

This product is aimed at rewarding Stroud & Swindon customers looking who use their branch network The Society is offering an excellent 2 year fixed rate product with a rate (4.89%) well below the Bank of England base rate (5.25%).

There is a maximum loan to value (90%) and early repayment charges of 2% until 31 May 2009.  In addition, consumers who use this product to remortgage their home will have their solicitor and valuation fees paid by the Society.
