Website Delivers Best Visitor Experience
10 April 2008: Recent independent Nielsen research reveals that Stroud & Swindon Building Society has beaten a list of leading societies to deliver the best visitor experience via their website.
The research, carried out by leading independent research specialist Nielsen Online, found that consumers voted Stroud & Swindon’s website first in a range of categories relating to customer service. These included, product selection and presentation, first impressions, branch information and the application process.
Stroud & Swindon’s website was reviewed along with the 13 leading building societies’ websites for the research, during which 560 consumers were asked to review the sites to search and apply for a savings account. The results show that Stroud & Swindon’s site was voted top in eight of the key categories.
